COVID-19 Update & Our Commitment to You
To all of our loyal customers and their families,
We understand that given the choice of flying, bus or train travel, most of you would choose being able to drive in your own vehicle without the worry or hassle of potential contamination of the COVID-19 virus.
At Peters we understand that your time is valuable, your schedules may be maxed out and with the closings of schools and daycare centers, you may not be able to take the time out to bring your car in for service.
Effective Monday, March 23rd, we are offering free pick up and delivery from your home or office for any maintenance or servicing of your current vehicle Monday-Friday. If you would like to schedule free pick-up and delivery for service of your vehicle, we ask that you please call our dealership and ask for the service department.
Due to the logistics involved for directions, type of repairs needed, we ask that you speak to one of our service advisors over the phone and not schedule this online.
Please be advised that we do ask that you live within a 10 mile radius of our dealership in Nashua so we can accommodate as many of our customers daily as possible.
As always, you may schedule a regular appointment online. We also realize that many of you may not feel comfortable waiting in a public setting and we are offering several alternatives. We will be offering free loaner vehicles for any and all service work done at Peters as well as giving you the option to use the Early Bird Drop Off Box to avoid having to come into the dealership.
In addition, our service hours beginning Monday, March 23rd will be Monday through Friday from 7 AM through 5 PM, Saturday from 8 AM through 6 PM and closed on Sunday.
We hope these small but important changes and accommodations we have made for you will help you navigate these unsure times a little bit easier.
